Evergreen line of scratch building plastic strips, clear & plain sheets, rods & tubing, ect. for anything you can think of. All strips and sheets are white styrene plastic which you can glue together with any plastic styrene cement. Scratch builder's and plastic modelers can benefit greatly from the use of sheet plastic styrene pieces as well as strips and other styles. This building aid can save many hours for modelers when it comes to deck building or replacement, bulkhead or bulwark assembly and much more. Evergreen is one of the most common names producing many fine quality products to assist modelers needing material to complete a custom project. Sheet plastic comes in handy for the projects listed above, while strips are good for edging, kickboards and other bordering material. The plastic rods that come in a variety of diameters work great for creating piping, whistles, dock supports and more. The use of this material is highly recommended if you plan on altering or modifying existing kits from their default mold assembly. They work well with CA and regular model glue and can be painted quite easily as is the kit itself. Planked, tiled, or smooth surfaces are just some of the available patterns that are available and most offer different degrees of thickness as well, subject to the needs of the modeler. All Strips are 14" in length. All Sheets are 6" x 12". |
